What’s actually in your products?
One ingredient: Tunisian Deglet Noor dates. No syrups, oils, sulphites, added sugar or preservatives — across the whole range.
How are these different from supermarket dates?
Most shelf dates sit in warehouses for months and dry out. Ours are packed at source in Tunisia at their softest and shipped direct, so they arrive tender and caramel-sweet.
Does date sugar dissolve in coffee or tea?
Not fully — and that’s by design. Date sugar is the whole fruit, ground fine, so it keeps its fibre instead of dissolving like refined crystal sugar. It shines in baking, porridge, yoghurt and toppings. For sweetening drinks and smoothies, date paste blends in smoothly.
Are your products Halal and Kosher certified?
Yes — the entire range carries current Halal and Kosher certification, alongside BRCGS and IFS food-safety audits.
How should I store them?
Cool, dry place unopened. Once opened, reseal the pouch; refrigerate dates and paste for the longest life. Date sugar just needs the pouch resealed.
How fast is delivery?
